Inscription fees

All Registration Fees (excluding the accompanying person fee) include:

  • Access to the conference
  • Particpation Icebreker Party
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (June 24-27th)
  • Lunch (June 24-27th)

The registration will include the lunches for all four days of the conference, which will be organized on site.

The anticipated fees for early bird registration are 400€ for full delegates and 300€ for students. If further financial support can be secured from partners and sponsors, these amounts will decrease.

Registration will be possible via the conference website starting February 1st, 2025.
