Presenter guidlines

The official language of the meeting will be English and no translation facilities will be available.

Instructions for Orals

Oral presentations will occur in 2 parallel sessions in the Audortorium Mathe Condat in the Central Building and the Amphitheater Maxwell in the building 3TP2.

  • Each talk slot will be 15 minutes. Each presentation is limited to 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions. Please, prepare your presenation in a Power Point (ppt, pptx) or a pdf format. The presentation will be displayed on screen by video projector. Each session room will be equipped with a computer with MS PowerPoint, VLC, and Adobe Acrobat Reader (.ppt, .pptx or .pdf format files + video files .avi), a digital projector, a laser pointer, and microphone. You will not be able to use your own computer.
  • The file upload will be done in each room. The upload must be done well in advance, at the latest at the break before the beginning of the session and in the afternoon of the day before for the morning session.
  • An operator will be available in each room. 
  • Please prepare your oral presentation in a Power Point (ppt, pptx) or pdf format named “Lastname_firstname.ppt(x)/pdf”.

Instructions for Posters

The Poster Session will be located in the main hall of the Central Building.

  • Posters will displayed during the entire conference.
  • The poster sessions coincides with coffee and lunch breaks and also a special poster session at the end of each each day.
  • The posters will be mounted on vertical panels and must be prepared in a portrait layout.
  • The poster board usable space will be suitable for a A0 paper size in portrait layout (up to 118cm height and 84cm width).
  • Authors are responsible of setup of their poster. Authors expected to be available for presentation next to theior poster during the late afternoon poster sessions. Authors are responsible dismantling their poster at the end of the congress.
  • Material for mounting the poster on the boards will be provided at the registration desk.
